The AzzuraCraft store is not open yet. These terms will apply once it launches.

Who processes payments

Purchases are processed by Tebex, our payment provider, on Tebex’s own website. AzzuraCraft does not receive or store your payment card details. Tebex’s own checkout terms also apply to your purchase.

What you’re buying

• The store sells cosmetics and supporter tiers only, for use on the AzzuraCraft Minecraft server.
• AzzuraCraft is earn-only: ranks, perks, in-game money, Azzura Crystals and crate keys are never sold.
• Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Each package’s description says whether it’s permanent or for a limited time. If the server closes, items can no longer be used.

Minecraft Usage Guidelines

Store offerings follow Mojang’s Minecraft Usage Guidelines for servers.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Tebex under its checkout terms. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under the law where you live. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us first and we’ll help.

Chargebacks and misuse

If a payment is reversed (a chargeback) or a purchase was fraudulent, we may remove the related items and restrict access to the server.

Younger players

If you are under the age of majority where you live, please ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.
