Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AzzuraCraft website (azzuracraft.net) and Minecraft server (play.azzuracraft.net). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft

AzzuraCraft is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. Use of Minecraft is also subject to the Minecraft End User License Agreement and Mojang’s usage guidelines.

Community rules

When you play on AzzuraCraft or join our Discord, you agree to follow the server rules. We may restrict or remove access for players who break them.

Your account and content

• You are responsible for activity on your Minecraft account while connected to our server.
• Builds and other content you create on the server remain yours, but you allow us to display, store, back up, move or remove them as needed to operate the server (for example, in screenshots, world resets or claim clean-ups).

Availability

The server is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free or that in-game data will never be lost. The network is currently in development.

Purchases

Purchases are covered by the separate Store Terms and the terms of our payment provider, Tebex.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use AzzuraCraft after changes means you accept the updated terms.
